Go Organic campaign initiated by the Ethiopian Inflight Catering, had been started colorfully. Honorable guests were invited to be a part of the first campaign. It aimed to promote organic food and drinks Ethiopian serves onboard as a unique competitive advantage. On the occasion , the guests experienced the organic meal that Ethiopian serves onboard the new 787-900 aircraft. A selection of the finest organic food and drinks from local producers were promoted by Ethiopian Inflight Catering. This special campaign created an opportunity to promote the local agricultural, animal products and other catering inputs that are being used to prepare meals served onboard. It also stressed the market opportunity that Ethiopian created for local producers.
On top of highlighting the organic and healthy meal experience , its believed that passengers will enjoy as they fly Ethiopian.
A grand launching of the campaign is also tentatively scheduled for November 21st , 2020 in the presence of high-ranking government officials, diplomats, Ethiopian Platinum passengers, producers, suppliers, international caterers and media. Similar campaigns programs will also be run in different parts of the world highlighting the dining experience that Ethiopian culinary team has revolutionized.
