CLASSIC HONEY GLAZE PORK CHOPS
- Pork Chops 350grm
- Spanish Paprika 20grm
- Oregano 1/2tbs
- Thyme 1/2tbs
- Yellow Mustards 1tbs
- Black Pepper 1/4tbs
- Salt 1/4tbs
- Brown Sugar 1/2tbs
- Garlic Paste 1/2tbs
- Honey 10ml
PREPARATION & METHOD
- Mix all the dry ingredients that is Spanish Paprika, Oregano, Thyme, Black Pepper, Salt, Brown Sugar and add wet ingredients Mustard, Honey, Garlic Paste and Olive Oil in a bowl mix them using whisk wire.
- Take your Pork Chops and deep them inside the marinate and leave overnight for best results.
- Preheat your oven to 180° and Grill them for 20 minute. Another option is to use a Charcoal Grill, this will give a nice charcoal flavor when it comes to BBQ. Grill both side for 8 minute grazing the Pork using BBQ brush with remaining marinade. This will make your Pork tender and juicy
Serve with Sauce, Vegetables and Starch of your choice.

I have 10 years in hospitality industries and performed in many events such UN, Embassy, Fine Dining and Corporate Event at Hotels, Restaurant, for Weddings, Birthday Parties as well as a Bush Chef, that is camping event as well as Private Chef.
I have always had passion for hospitality and more in love with food (Culinary Arts ) since my younger days while in primary school. My mum is a very good cook and made really mouth watering appetizing dishes and I believe that I taken after her and I got to learn how to cook from her she really appreciates my move.
