Pre-workout energy smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp BCAA (optional)

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until really smooth.
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
