Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin condition. It is known for being in condition that causes spots and pimples. In a more visual definition, it is a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles plug with oil and dead skin cells.

Diet is known to play a major role in the development of acne.

Log every meal and snack and record the type and severity of acne symptoms that develop each day. This can help identify foods that may trigger acne or cause breakouts.
